Most of my early Saturday mornings look like this. Sometimes we are drinking iced coffee looking at a mountain lake, or enjoying breakfast on the edge of cliff. We wake up early and hike as the sun rises, listening for deer or moose in the woods nearby. We always come out of the woods, or off the mountain more connected to ourselves and each other. As John Muir said, “And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”<\/p>\n
