Even though I am still wrapping up a few bigger work projects, I am in full holiday mode. To muster the energy for all of this, I’m going to bed even earlier, and prioritizing my non-negotiable healthy habits. Dismissing them in the name of holidays or the hustle-bustle would leave me in a pool of exhaustion by the end of the year. I just refuse to treat myself like that anymore.
